Team Efforts cabinets are warranted to the original purchasing consumer for 10 years
from the date of original purchase or as long as the original purchasing consumer owns
the home, whichever is less. We warrant the original purchaser that all parts and
components are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
We are always innovating and finding ways to improve our products, so some
replacement parts are subject to availability, and may differ from those originally
supplied. This warranty only applies to the original cabinet purchaser and is
nontransferable.
What the warranty does not cover?
-The natural aging or darkening of wood color, the natural growth characteristics of, or
difference in wood. These characteristics are part of their natural beauty and are not
consider defects.
-Wear and tear, damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, modification,
non-residential use, or improper installation, storage, or handling.
-Commercial, industrial, business, or outdoor usage of these cabinets are excluded.
-This warranty does not cover indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages,
loss of use, or labor expenses in uninstalling or installing of our cabinets.
-This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and certain rights might vary from state to
state; therefore, some rights and limitations might not apply. This warranty is
nontransferable. Also, any claims made under this warranty must be presented in
writing along with a dated sales invoice and pictures of the defective material.
