Advanced Natural Protect

The Tile Doctor Advanced Natural Protector is a solvent based, no-sheen impregnating sealer formulated for professional protection of the natural character and appearance of unsealed surfaces and natural stone. The layer of protection forms a vapor permeable barrier that resists water, grease, oil, stains and dirt as well as prevents efflorescence. The formula is non-yellowing and is weather and UV resistant. May also be used as a pre-grout sealer and for sealing grout joints.

COVERAGE: 400-1500 square feet per gallon per coat. Coverage will vary depending on type of stone, porosity and texture of surface absorption, temperature, humidity and method of application.

USES: Use on interior/exterior natural stone, marble, granite, limestone, brick, slate, saltillo, unglazed tile, grout and masonry surfaces. Works on most porous architectural substrates.

APPLICATION:Read entire label before using. Surface must be clean, dry and free of existing sealers or coatings. Apply and saturate surfaces using a paint brush, paint roller, paint pad/applicator, clean towel or low pressure sprayer with no more than 25 psi. Note: Do NOT Aerosolize. Be sure that any sealer that does not penetrate surface is polished off surface within 5 minutes of application using absorbent paper or cotton towels. If 2 or more coats are applied, allow a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours drying time between coats. Achieves full cure in 48 hours. Some highly porous surfaces may require an additional coat after full cure. Clean applicator tools with mineral spirits after each use.
