2. We will replace defective parts at no charge and ship direct to your home.
3. We will repair defective parts in your home (available in most areas).
4. Exchange the defective product for a brand new one (delivered to the location where you purchased).

This warranty is intended for residential use only. Costs of removal and installation is the home owner's responsibility.
